Had surgery on my back and no longer can bend back enough for their shampoo chairs. The wash was not thorough. The woman who did my hair was very nice but doesn't have a lot of experience so I'm not sure how this hair cut will work.The place was busy which is a good indication that people are happy. I will not go back.

I had appointment with Yara, but she was too busy to honor the appointment. The hair style looks different than what I expect.
