What a unbelievable class. Mel is a excellent teacher. I felt wonderful,restful, and relax. I’m so happy, I found Fire Hot Yoga.

The instructor was great! He pointed out any position I wasn't doing correctly and helped me correct it. This was my first day here but I already feel so much better after taking it! I will be back!!!

One of the best hot yoga classes I’ve taken. The instructor really is experienced and felt awesome afterwards. :-)

My instructor was tough, but I appreciated her for pushing me to finish the 90 minute class. Definitely excruciating at some points but I totally recommend it. I love hot yoga.

Devin is a great instructor it was my first hot yoga class and he was patient and superb.
