I haven't exercised in years. You could sort of say that I had become allergic to it. Today was my first day with Chris. He was very careful to make sure that I didn't overdo things. He was careful to see that I didn't get hurt and that I enjoyed the session. I am looking forward to my next workout.

Haddonfield location. These are truly private, individual sessions.
I've worked with Chris (the owner) and Tim. They understand and work within my health parameters. I've been going for three weeks, and rediscovered that I do have muscles. I feel enthused and more fit than I have in some time.
