Holly, at the Ward location, was a great help and very friendly and professional. My eye exam was a pleasant experience and the service with my eyeglasses was exceptional. Even though I had to come back twice to pick up my glasses (the first time my lenses had splintered), the service and friendly staff made the experience a good one.

I said I probably would not have gone to this business because it is in the shopping center and I don't think I would have noticed it....the coupon was good enough for a nice pair of glasses and the girl that helped me was very courteous and helpful...I have not picked up my glasses yet but don't expect any disappointments....

The staff was very helpful in the process of selecting the frames and provided good advice regarding the alternatives available in types of lenses. However, I have not yet received the finished glasses, and can not offer any judgement regarding the quality of the product.
