For the hot yoga class, make sure to get there about 15 minutes early to give your body a chance to adjust to the heat.

"All level" classes are fit for anyone. I had no experience with Yoga before coming here and it has been a great experience. Bring a water bottle!

This is just personal preference...Would like to have papertowel available in the washroom. Didn't like having to use a towel used by strangers. Ignore this comment if I missed seeing the papertowel holder.
