I have participated in yoga classes prior to this however this was my first introduction to hot yoga. I loved it! The studio is beautiful and as soon as I walked in I felt more at peace. I would recommend De La Sol to any one wanting to become a yogi

Great vibe and very clean. Person at the front desk was very helpful for us first timers. Great session. Get there early to get a spot. People love it there!

I am looking forward to getting our for more classes!! Kerry Casarin is awesome!! Her voice is perfect for Yoga and her instructions are clear and 'user friendly'!
