Two male attendants were not enthusiastic. I waited more than 30 minutes after I arrived 10 min. earlier than my appointment. Finally a female attendant served me nicely. I gave her a fat tip.

I would never pay $30 for a haircut! Too rich for my blood. But given their location in the underground, I'm sure there are plenty of willing customers, and so I recommend it to all the banker types with that kind of disposable income.
