We had sat at the bar. Our bar tender took the time to explain the different complexities of each wine. My girlfriend and I, had chosen our tastings each different. So it gave us an opportunity to sample 10 different wines. Again, our bar tender had put her ratings, on each of our choices ranging from 1-5. All in all, it was a great way to spend a slightly rainy day.
Osprey Dominion is a lovely venue. Whether you're outside or in, you get a gorgeous view of the vineyard while you enjoy your tastings. It wasn’t crowded when I went and my friends and I brought some snacks of our own. We did the tasting and then shared a bottle. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating - even giving one friend a fresh pour after a good breeze blew over one of her tasting cups. We had the salami/cheese package - I don’t know how other food is.
Very relaxed atmosphere ; beautiful setting . Middle of week in afternoon there is a perfect time to visit No crowds Peter and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable .
Their prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of wines . My personal north fork favorite

The people at the counter are amazing, well versed in their wines and ask you a ton of questions before you pick your flight based on your likes and dislikes. The Osprey is a place I will return to!
When we arrived, we were greeted by Ilena. She was very Friendly, Personable, and Extremely Knowledgeable with Ospreys Wine. I had a few wines i was interested in, and she helped add to the sampling. She even helped us by suggesting which wines to try in order so we could get the best tasting experience. In the end we were going to purchase the three bottles of wines we had agreed on. Ilena recommended that if we were to purchase a case of 12 the cost would be for only 6 bottles. What a bargain!!!
Great place and great wine selection.
Seamless process. All staff were very helpful. Wine was delicious and love the souvenir glasses. They have a great indoor and outdoor area for sitting and sipping.
Everyone was so nice and accommodating.It was a beautiful day.The wines were excellent, it was our first time there.We would go back in a heartbeat
