Excellent photos, hair and makeup. I had a great time. Could be better at returning calls and emails, but I understand it is a busy time of year.

The first appointment I had scheduled the photographer did not show up. Said I wasn't on her books. But, I have the email to show that we agreed on Nov. 30, 2012. Finally had my photoshoot on Dec. 17 and was told I would get to review my pictures in a few days then I would get to choose and she would then photoshop them. I have yet to see my pictures. Have contacted the photographer via email 2x, via text 1x, and tried to call and could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. Also, posted on fb on the Retro-Vice page and was shocked to see other customers complaining. I would like my money back if I am not going to receive a product.

My pictures were horrible, she was unprofessional, she never returned my calls or emails about how unhappy I was. Awful experience.
