This review should be directed at the store I actually went to on the correct date. I was serviced at your store on Mercury Blvd in Hampton. The associate named Hunter was professional in all aspects that I experienced. Being in the field for 30 years in management I tend to gravitate to those who are not trying to rip me off. I was surprised at the set price of your air filters at $39.95. Although the mechanic already had my air filter out he did not try to sell me another one even though mine was slightly dirty but 12 years old as I told him. It was changed but at a very high price. More than double the retail at a local parts store. I did consider the minor labor involved. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will purchase another visit.
