Even though I had exceptional service, the relative I took with me didn't have such an exceptional person. My gal was very thorough and personable. The other gal that was in the same room with us wasn't as personable and definitely wasn't as attentive and thorough with my relative. We went in at the same time and received the same services. My relative had to wait 20 minutes for me to be done. It may have been an off day for the one girl, but try to keep the service exceptional.

I had a great experience and will go back!

It was a pleasant experience to have my hair cut and the half head highlights. Denise was very friendly and a very proficient stylist. I told her what I wanted and how I wore my hair (and I was long overdue for a cut) and in no time, she had my hair like I wanted it.

Would definitely go back!

Only negative comment was technician rounded my large toenails, and I asked her not to do so. I told her that when rounded toe nails are more likely to become ingrown. She did not cut my other toenails.

The hair dresser, Amanda, did a great job cutting and coloring my hair.

I guess the only real feedback is, getting a ramp sometime in the future.

Denise was great! She listened to what I wanted and my hair turned out just like I wanted. I've been looking for a stylist for a while and I finally found one I'm going to stick with.

I would come back again. Amanda could not have been nicer. The only person I thought was rude was the big Amazon woman. She had short hair that was auburn. I don't know if she was a manager. Had I only dealt with her I would never return to the place. The ladies that did our nails were wonderful and Amanda was great.
