Nicole has a great personality who has 20 years of experience. She listened and thought out what would be best for my hair, then took time to explain it to me. I have hard to cover gray. I walked away with a great style and beautiful color!

The quality was good, but staff were a bit too casual...getting on their phones a lot and speaking crudely sometimes. It's not an environment I feel comfortable going back to.
