While in theory this place was great, it was lacking in cleanliness (dead bugs on the ground, outdated/stained carpet). I was also turned off by the fact that prior to treatment, I was numbed using a frozen medical glove filled with water - who knows how many other people that has touched... yikes! and it was just overall a little bit disorganized.
