They are very thorough in their inspection of your car, but be prepared for a sales pitch for items that need "fixed" (filters, wipers, lights, etc.) However, you can decline and they do not pressure you. With that said, they did find a very serious problem with another customer's vehicle while I was in there (serious brake issue)....so their inspection is worthwhile. You can get a cheaper oil change other places...but not in 30 minutes. I would recommend Jiffy Lube and will definitely go back for the convenience and thoroughness of the job they do.

Just make sure you want/need a tire rotation because the actual oil change service that I get every time is only about $36! My voucher was for $38. And I didn't need a tire rotation as I had just purchased 2 new tires two weeks ago.

If you live in or around the Alexandria, VA area, THIS IS THE JIFFY LUBE TO GO TO! They were excellent ... from the moment I pulled in through the moment I left the parking lot!
