Although they're Italian eateries, Vito's By the Park and Vito's By the Water both have a seafood bent. Designed by Chef Rob Maffucci, who has appeared with Bobby Flay on Food Network, Vito's menu highlights creative Italian staples. Chef/Owner Rob Maffucci was a great host. Our waitress Kelly was a delight to have as our server. Great time having great food and wine.

The food was okay I would rate it 3 out 5 stars if I had to. Prices reasonable. The staff was pleasant. The only downfall was the 50 minute wait for my food from the time I ordered the place was not busy and they were I. No rush to get the Meal out. So that was the only turn off.

Owner/Chef restaurant with traditional Italian dishes fresh from the Farm (the family's background) and made for the average Joe to eat, share and enjoy. Attend one of their monthly Themed-Dinners (Game & Scotch; Wine & Chocolate;Chef's Dinner; etc.) and enjoy first-hand discussions about the food, history, ingredients, and preparation from Bob Maffucci (a Food Network- Throwdown with Bobby Flay Winner), or flavor wine/liquor guests. Or just stop-in for an after-work drink & appetizers (half-priced apps, beer and drink specials or personal pizzas through 7:00 PM) and Sunday Brunch. Great dining, good wait staff, fun times and friends!
