Dr. Greg Arnold is both a chiropractor and certified baseball pitching coach for 10 years, combining knowledge of both pitching and arm injury prevention to give you the most effective offseason conditioning program available that includes rotator cuff strengthening, hip flexibility and nutrition.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?

Playing baseball year-round is the #1 cause of arm injury. Understand the need to stop playing for 3 months per year and focus on getting stronger both physically and mentally and you stay healthier and develop faster than those playing year-round.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Seeing that there was a need to educate baseball coaches/parents/players on the proper way to get stronger and recover for the following season.

What do you love most about your job?

Educating coaches/players/parents on the best way to stay healthy while keeping baseball players healthy and on the field competing.
