For a place that advertises specialized attention and service, the studio in Newtonville felt like a factory. There was only ONE person working there during my first visit, and that poor woman had to do everything from answer phones to get new people like me started, to running the training for the women on the machines. She was doing the best she could, but this was NOT what I expected given the advertisement. Also, it turns out that this "nutrition counseling" advertising is nothing more that writing down what you eat (which I already do anyway). Finally, the trainer didn't ask about any of my potential health issues, any injuries, etc. I definitely feel ripped off.
