The server was new, but very nice and helpful. The pho was good and tasty. The raw basil, sprouts, etc, was fresh, but small. We asked for more and got it without any problem. The spring roll wrap/skin was tough and /or dry. It should probably be made to order.

The shrimp pho is delicious! The lunch combo is a good deal with 2 egg rolls. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the place is clean.
