Went in as a blond wanting my roots done & came out with a horrible color job I ever had. My roots don't blend together in fact my roots hair color is brownish and you can see a huge difference when I pull my hair up. Also forget about showing a photo of what kind of hair cut style you want (see collage) she just cut so much hair off it didn't give my hair enough angle to achieve an A line bob 😭
