Karen was patient with me, I had a hard time deciding exactly what I wanted done with my hair as it had been such a long time since the last time I had it done professionally. She did an amazing job, and my hair looked even better than I thought it would. My husband has never been so excited about my hair style before either. Karen is a sweet and talented girl, she can clean up whatever mess of a hairdo you have when ya go in : )
