Tried the beginner kickboxing. Trainer was good and informative. it was a great full body workout. facility is clean. location is easy to find.

I started beginner kickboxing class, and it was a great workout. The registration process was easy, and staffs were friendly. I definitely see myself coming back!

Eric and the trainers are really helpful and personable. They want to guide your improvement no matter what level you are. The gym is clean and there's plenty of parking which are a huge plus

Such a great deal, you’re able to try out a variety of classes. Everyone was so welcoming. The instructor, staff, and fellow students were so nice and helpful for the Thursday Jiu Jitsui class. Challenging, fun workout. I’ll be going back to try other classes!
