Great job!

My mani-pedi was awesome. The staff was especially helpful since I was not familiar with the area. The shop was just off Hwy. 270 and there was no waiting. It was the best treat I had given myself in a long time. I am looking forward to my next visit.

They did a great mani pedi but the place could be a lot cleaner. The lady did not disinfect her nail clipper. Got them out of a dirty container than put them back in after using them on my nails.

Can't say enough of this business! Every person there is incredibly sweet and welcoming, as well as easy to talk to! I can honestly say that I've never received a better shellac French mani pedi. It was really out of my way, about 20 minutes with the highway but I got home wishing it was closer because it would be my go to place! I highly recommend Happy Nails :)

The shop is mainly for manicure and pedicures. There is only one very small room for a massage and facial and there is not even room for a chair to put your clothes on while having the massage. The atmosphere is not right for a massage or facial. The massage was fine and the facial but I would not go back and pay that kind of money for a massage when there are many other places to go for the same money and better surroundings.

If you are planning to continue to offer massages then put a room or two away from nail customers- very loud, distracting, not relaxing. Spend some $$ on getting better lotion. Massages deserve soft relaxing music not commercials - very dissapointed.

They had a totally inexperienced nail tech give me my pedicure which took twice as long as usual and she did an awful job. She was not only slow, she was awkward, fat, and sloppy. Then she tried to give me my gel manicure. She was even more inexperienced in that and part way through I asked for a different tech. It took almost 2 and a half hours and it was the worst nail experience of my life. I had to go back the next day because one of my nails cracked in half. I tried to go somewhere else, but they didn't have the same color that was on my nails, so I had to go back to Happy Nails. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Also, the place was filthy.thought I would get infected with fungi
