Juan came very nice, professional and informative. Did not try to sell any product I did not need. Replaced my filters. I had the wrong size he adjusted the filter as a temp fix. Very, very happy with company. Oh, I can’t forget Leslie. She normally answers the phone.such a kind gracious person. In general everyone at the company is wonderful. Highly recommend

MADE AN THE MORNING APPOINTMENT IN a.m., BUT THEY CALLED ME BEFORE THE TIME ASKED FOR AN SAID THAT BECAUSE OF EMERGENCIES THAT MORNING MY APPOINTED NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. THEY WHERE COURTEOUS AN ASKED IF IT COULD BE SCHEDULED ON THE SAME DAI IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON OR EVENING. THIS WAS PERFECT FOR THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THEY SHOWED UP AT THE APPOINTED TIME. FAST AN EFFICIENT.
