We realize you know your target customers, and at 60, we may not be them, but.... how about trying a different audio portion of your program? Drop the throbbing rap and whining girl videos, and try some slower classic, jazz, or asian music at a lower volume. We think that would be more in keeping with eating lunch. Well, at least that's how they did it when we lived in Nippon. Food & service was good.

Friendly staff, good food, nice atmosphere. Enjoyed our visits and will return. Would like different music - something with a softer edge. But then maybe that fits the current clientele.
