Raichel is great - had one of the best Microderms ever!

My initial experience wasn't the greatest, due to the lack of directions (It's a little hard to find) and I also sat in the waiting room for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by a staff member. However, after my first treatment everything and everyone was much better. The actual laser appointment only took like 2 minutes minutes and it wasn't painful at all!

My first time appointment was scheduled with such a difficulty on their part. I had to wait one hr. then it was 3 min. literally 4 zaps she was done. she was so overbooked. the laser machine is so old. I wont go anymore even though I have six session.

Glasses they made me wear due to the laser were filthy and greasy from previous person/people. Makes me wonder if they sanitize the laser. Also girl that did my treatment was not super friendly and did not do the entire area I was told would be treated.
