I only received what they call an express pedi. When description states regular pedi. Polish looks like a kid did it.

I bought my wife a mani/pedi. She used today bc we have a formal event tomorrow. Her mani/pedi took 2.5 hours. Really??? 😴My wife was unhappy about the time, but not as unhappy as she was with the results!!! The tech tried to blame the polish so she ended up with different colors on fingers/toes. And...it bubbled and looks awful. No she must go someplace in am to get another mani! Bad experience

Manicurist was a great person..but her quality of work was horrible. Chipped nails within a week, didn't even do a manicure before applying gel polish. Owner of the place seemed to be very stuck up!!

Of you call to make an appointment, you'll have to wait to receive a call back from the manicurist. She did not do a good job on my manicure and I am really disappointed.

the manicurist has never been to school. She had no idea how to do a manicure. The pedicure was the same. The foot soaking bowls were dirty and so was the salon. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. They should give you a refund.
