My Papillon had plenty of knots but he was groomed well and not traumatized, which is great!

Be prepared to leave your dog there for about 6 hrs, although the one & I MEAN One dog groomer kelly does a great job!! All by herself!!!!

What a great store! I am going to go back! I always hate seeing my do get walked into the dark back room of a groomers. This store is clearly run by dog lovers!
