I'm love this studio I made phone contact with the owner and she was so kind and happy to invite me for a session. I arrived and was greeted by Rommy. She was so sweet and informative. The registration was so simple and quick. The studio is so comfortable. You even take your shoes off at the door 💚 The class was 90 minutes. And hour of amazing hot yoga and 20 minute relaxation

The studio is very nice and calming. The instructor I had was extremely helpful in getting me set up before class, and finding correct form during class.

The instructors are wonderful--all of them. I love the cool, wet towel at the end of each session. Although hot yoga is definitely not for me (I love regular, unheated yoga!), it might be for you!
