I love the MDR studio. The two teachers I’ve taken classes with have been extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was an absolute beginner to reformer Pilates and both Chantal and Margot took their time to help me understand what to do. I will definitely continue to go to this studio. The parking at MDR is a bit tough but there is a garage below.

The marina del Rey location was clean, cozy, and cute! The class wasn’t for beginners but the instructor made sure my form was proper and helped me adjust things for my height and strength capabilities. I will be returning and I highly recommend.

Love the instructors, Hermosa studio is small but intimate. Get there a few minutes early to find metered street parking. Soleil is a wonderful instructor, very encouraging and positive, she gives such a good vibe! Can’t wait t book my next session…

While House Pilates is the best workout for the body. Every muscle in my body aches, but it feels good! I felt great! I can not wait to see what I am going to look like after doing this for a year! Looking forward to seeing the new me! Thank you, Soleil ( Hermosa Beach)! Looking forward to more!!!!

FABULOUS TEACHER!! (MARGOT MICHON) Wonderful class & I am definitely buying a package of classes. I live a little far, but the drive is worth it . The Marina Del Rey location is a very clean, lovely studio. The building is also clean and safe with parking !
