My technician Alex, did an outstanding job. He find out my auxiliary heat wasnt connected since was put in 5 years ago. He took the time to explain to me parts and easy maintenance on my furnace system and even fix the thermostat configuration due to bad connection on the furnace. Defenitely will reach back to the same company for future preventive mantenance.

Tamer was on time and very informative. He did a great job on ensuring to check all the necessary to make it they winter and making sure a full system analysis was done. Also checked my AC unit and made recommendations that helped me understand the unit. Very knowledgeable.

I found AAA HVAC Services to be very credible and competent. Alexander delivered high customer service... he was knowledgeable about my Heat Pump and did an excellent job of tuning-up my system. I would certainly recommend AAA to my friends !

They provided good feedback and were efficient with the furnace service. Only improvement would be to have their administrative staff inform me that they're running late instead of me having to call and find out.

Alex rescheduled twice - because he wanted to make sure it would be warm enough to do an accurate air conditioning test. Wow. He was very professional, answered every question, and explained all of the results to me. In the past, with other companies, I've just gotten a piece of paper and "everything's ok". I would definitely do business with this company again.
