Melts away the knots and loosens you up. Hydrate beforehand. Staff is super friendly and tells you everything you need to know.

The shower afterward is $4 so bring lots of body wipes if you don't want to shower there. They do provide a washcloth with essential oils to wipe off with after you get out, which is very nice. Rooms are totally private.

Great spa...this is a great spot for those who have not tried infrared

Farrah was fantastic, very professional and friendly. I cannot wait to for my next session. Just one thing, I wish I'd known the shower was a little tricky to get the hot water to work, I just had to live with a cold shower and found out after the fact that the faucet needed to be turned in the opposite direction. Maybe a sign informing one of that in the shower room would be helpful.
