My son really likes the one-on-one focus and the staff is very friendly and helpful! They change up the routine all the time, so it keeps him interested and motivated.

Really enjoyed my visits; Chris is a great fitness instructor. He is professional, caring and courteous. He makes certain that he is aware of your limitations, yet he is encouraging and knowledgeable regarding your ability. It was a very delightful experience. My only regret is that it is too expensive for me at this time to continue, especially since I have a membership at another center.
