Ross Hartman would be hard-pressed to define underachievement. The diligent podiatrist added a class valedictorian crown to his mortarboard when graduating with his doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, then went on to become a chief podiatric surgical resident at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn. Now working out of his own office, the doctor tends to foot complaints of all stripes, from fractures and warts to sports injuries.
