Executive Chef Dean Hottle brings a culinary education earned in New York to this quaint, yet upscale setting. His specialties include hand-rolled asparagus and basil ricotta ravioli, maple barbecue baby back ribs, and grass fed beef burgers served on garlic foccacia buns—all out-shined only by the smile Chef Dean brings when personally checking on guests in the dining room.
