I feel you would have more repeat customers if you lowered your prices a bit, in this economy a massage for $75 is a lot, especially for a budget/mid-range establishment like yourself. I understand about your membership program, but for the average person, that's still too much.

The place is very comforting and the massage and facial were very calming. During the facial, the lady performing my facial, gave me advice and tips on my skin to try at home. A great experience. Would love to go back.
