We took 2her different cars there for oil changes...both leaked oil within 2 days of going there. They didn't put the oil pan plug in correctly. Could have ruined both cars.

OVERFILLED MY OIL ON PRIUS, WHICH IS A CRITICAL NO-NO FOR THAT TYPE OF CAR. AND PUT THE WRONG SPARKPLUGS IN AND WANTED TO SEND ME ON MY WAY. I TURNED THE IGNITION ON AND HEARD OBVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR AND HALF TO DETERMINE THEY HAD WRONG PLUGS AND TO PUT CORRECT ONES IN. THEY TEST DROVE THE CAR WITH THE WRONG PLUGS TOO AND THEN HANDED THE KEYS BACK TO ME!
