TJ's take and bake is the closest we have found on HHI to a Chicago thin crust pizza. It is easy to bake and dispose of the pan. But we do add our own homemade Italian sausage to it!

We ordered a pepperoni and spinach pizza and two Caesar salads. All was fresh and very tasty. The pizza came out of the oven hot and crispy. A real treat. TJ's knows there stuff. Glad we tried them. The shop was hard to find in the dark but persist since it is worth the visit.

Th pizza was delicious and so were the Caesar salads. When I called, they answered promptly, I placed the order for several hour slater, and when I went to pick it up it was ready to go. Very helpful describing how to bake the pizza too.
