Would have loved curls, but there literally was no communication until she said "you're done" and my hair was bone straight. It was my first ever blowout and I assumed at some point I'd be asked what I wanted. No dice!

The service was fine. However, when I was checking out, they collected $5 in cash, supposedly for tax. The service was $25, who charges 20% for tax. I asked for a receipt, and they told me that they couldn't give me one. Seems shady to me.
