Get there a little early so you can fill in your paperwork, if it is your first visit.
Wear loose fitting gym cloths.

It's family owned/run and what they do seems to really work. No gimmicks just a combined health plan.

They had me meet with a Dr., was just a way of getting people in to sell them "their program" which went as high as $3000 A response is not needed.
