Keith is awesome!! Changes up the workouts every time, cheers you on like you are going for the gold medal and works with your schedule. I am still working with him!! You wonโt regret it!

This was my first time using a trainer. Was a bit nervous going in. Within 1 minute of meeting Keith I knew I made a great decision. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny, engaging and motivational. He asked a lot of questions, listened to my goals, and created a plan to achieve them. Definitely recommend him and his fitness program.
My first time using a personal trainer - after having attended Orange Theory for a solid 5 months (and upping my classes to 5 days a week), I was seeking a new challenge and this did not disappoint. I've only gone twice and already have felt pushed in ways that HIIT training does not; lifting heavier weights, just enough cardio, and feel that the workout is tailored to my goals - Keith does a great job the first session of gaining comprehensive insight to what you are capable of, and what you are looking to achieve - also very upbeat and goal oriented, a good motivator and a lot of fun. Would recommend!
Great experience. Keith and Deirdre created very personalized workouts each week. The gym is very clean and the workouts are a lot of fun.
This was a Christmas gift to my husband. He loved his trainer! He is extremely competent and very professional. He is very motivational and my husband is looking forward to his next sessions with him! What drew me to this particular personal training offer is that Brick Fit House is not a gym although it has all the equipment. You arrive with your personal trainer and are with him/her throughout all your training sessions. It is extremely focused!
