It was my first time doing yoga, and the reacher, Audra, was so wonderful and patient! She urged us to ask questions and graciously answered. I can't wait to go back!

The classes are great. They include a variety of strength, balance, stretching and relaxation. The instructors are very nice and helpful, even the front desk employees are welcoming.
