About One Heart SUP

The owners of One Heart SUP believe life should be as active, which is why they love stand-up paddleboarding. It's an adventurous activity that everyone can participate in. Atop the sun-glinted surfaces of Harris Lake or Lake Crabtree, One Heart SUP's instructors lead one-hour paddleboard classes. In the Paddleboard 101 class, they'll cover the basics—from standing and balancing to other paddling techniques. The activity provides a great workouts, strengthening cores and sculpting muscles throughout the body. During Sunrise Paddle tours, you can glide along the Harris Lake peninsula before breakfast. Or take the Yoga class to practice on-water meditation without resorting to underwater downward-dog poses. For the already initiated, One Heart SUP also rents paddleboards Monday through Friday for afternoon paddles or lunchtime glides.
