I love that this gem of a business is right in my backyard! So easy to find, easy to park(they have a parking lot), quick drop off. Jesse is cool. He promised a fast turnaround for my two videos ( a few days) and it is clear they know exactly what they are doing. Totally worth it. I’ll be back.

I’m really glad to have found these guys. Jesse has been terrific to work with and made sure to take care of my old VHS tapes. That was one of my greatest concerns. It’s source material I’ve had for so long, and I’ve heard very unpleasant stories about folks sending things away and never getting them back. It had happened to my parents with old photos and home movies of ours, so I think I went into this being particularly cautious. Also for that reason, I wanted to find someone local. And these guys are extremely convenient (for me anyway) proximity-wise. Right near Fairfax and Beverly. Most places I had found require mailing the source material elsewhere. Jesse did a great job transferring the tapes and some older DVD’s into digital format. I have more to do, so it’s an ongoing project. Looking forward to continuing to work with them to get everything switched over to the digital side of things. Grateful to have found them. Jesse did a great job transfering my old vcr tapes to dvd. He labeled the dvds and was organized. He assisted me with some other vcr tapes that were damaged. His service was much better than the mail in places who send stuff back unorganized.
