There are only 5 spaces so you need to book in advance. Waiting list seems to work fairly well with spaces opening up.

This was my first pilates class ever.From my first call , visit and class everyone was helpful and patient.Ronen the instructor was great.Explained the movements,the benefits and made sure our form was correct.

Very efficient and helpful for rehab. Very organized. Therapist is right on time. Regular reminders for appointments.
