Great hair service

Good service, good price.

Don't come in here expecting to be treated like royalty. It's a school ran by average standards BUT there are incredibly great prices and some surprisingly nice people here and there. Some are sort of annoying and some even a little attitude-ish, but overall good experience... I'm surely visiting them again.

I will be going in for mani/pedi soon and shampoo,blowdry. Can't wait to see if they are as good!

I arrived 4:30 because the website says it closes at 5. I'm told they don't begin until 5:30 so I can wait but was warned to be back by 5:15 since they start then. By 6:15, i am still waiting & freezing because it's about 60 degrees. Mani was SLOPPY.

When students are learning some should monitor them a lot closer because it was a lot of time with little return.

The SoBe location could not even do the nails for my wife. They were going to send her to their Hialeah location. no, thank you! Why advertise the full package, not make appointments and then deliver only half the goods? Won't use them again.

Very disappointed with the service.

Next time tell the client, although you open at 9, services don't begin until well after 9:30 to 10. Try to schedule services in a more convenient way.Hair shoul be one of the last things done, not first.
