Chefs at Loafer's Restaurant, which features two large smokers on site, turn their talents on a menu of unfussy, American-style eats. All food is made fresh daily, never frozen. Every steak, baby back rib, and half-pound Loafer burger is made to order from scratch, expertly seared or stacked until it's in mouthwatering condition.
