I just finished my consulation appointment. I start my treatment the next day. I am so excited! My rep Tracy is so nice. She explained proper nutrition and helpful tips for losing weight. I can't wait to see the results!

Totally a waste of money. Ate, exercised, went religiously to treatment and saw 1/2" loss. I'm are that's from diet only. Was it worth $250 for the discounted treatment? No!!!!

The reception staff is very unprofessional and rude. When I called to make my appointment, the woman who answered the phone stated, "This is not my job, but I'll help you anyways."
Then, once I arrived promptly for my first appointment, no one was at the reception desk. I waited 10-15 minutes and finally the staff returned, but they did not offer any explanation or apology.
During the consultation, I was solicited into purchasing detox/diet plans. I've had similar laser lipo treatments in the past, and was always encouraged to continue with my normal eating/exercise routine. I prefer this approach because then I can attribute all the results to the treatment.

SCAM. I am very close to filing for getting my money back.
The person whotreated me was cheating when measuring "before" (the measuring tape was so loose, it kept falling off) and "after" (she pulled it pretty tight, and I couldn't help but tell her that it felt different from how she measured two days ago) - and announced that I've lost fat.
The flyer in the reception area said that each session is one-hour long. When I went in, she said that it is 7 (!) minutes, plus 10 minutes of whole body vibration on a machine after laser therapy.
When I asked her about that, she got very nervous, started asking me where I saw that, and finally came up with an explanation that the flyer is
