I liked the fact prior to treatment, there was a consultation explaining the treatment as well as various options available to btain the kinds of results I was looking for. The treatment procedure and what would occur during treatment was explaiined and the comfort of the patient was important to the doctor.

Need to give patients more information about what to expect during recovery. It's very scary and not what I was expecting. (Face is so swollen that one eye is completely closed and the other is barely open.)
