I can't say enough about how wonderful and laid back the staff was, and very well organized! They were helpful to each need- even hooked up a special floatie for a little girl, and helped another when she became sea sick, offering fresh ginger and a special bracelet. The experience is super fun- and the only downside for some might be going out for the events in shifts-- and waiting 45 mins per group. For us, we just enjoyed lounging on the boat and swimming. Not for the impatient or rushed person! Food ok , just sandwiches and Chips w water- but that was fine w us! Super clean also. Loved it!!
