I was not very thrilled with having to change and put all your stuff in the locker room though it is a very nice locker room. It's supposed to be a luxurious experience, and taking off your clothes in front of others is not my idea of luxury. Neither is sitting at the reception with other people in bathrobes. Especially since your reception is not a big one. Also, it would be nice if you could offer some hot tea rather than just plain ice water. Oh, and it would be nice if we can get our feet cleaned first - maybe just a little wipe down before the massage. Hopefully my feet weren't too yucky for my poor messeuse (?)

A bit pricey, but worth it for a once-in-a-while splurge and pampering. Maybe offer Kama'aina/local resident discounts, or a Spa/Dining package.
